One thing is for sure: we love our customers. We love them so much that we are always striving to keep our prices reasonable, yet competitive with the local market. There are many factors that determine price, such as the garment quality, quantity, number of print locations on the garment, and the number of print colors in the design. We collect all the necessary information in order to give a fair and accurate price quote with an eye on project needs and budget.

Turnaround times & deadlines

Our usual turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Due dates are really important to us. If you have a specific date, please let us know. We do offer a rush turnarounds at an additional fee, please contact us to make arrangements.

Rush turnarounds

Rush orders are those needed within 1-3 days. We  are usually able to accommodate rush orders, but, from time to time, our workload is so great that we may not be able to take on another project.

Please note, rush orders are subject to the following fees :

  • 3-day turnaround : 40% of order
  • 2-day turnaround : 50% of order
  • 1-day turnaround : 75% of order


Once we’ve received your quote request we’ll get to work immediately creating a custom quote for your project. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your personalized quote. Quotes expire in 30 days and are subject to change upon review of the graphic, if additional fees apply.

Artwork & Art Approval

You will receive an art approval confirmation form via email shortly after you’ve placed your order.  Please respond to the digital mock-up within 24 hours to avoid any delays in production. If there are changes to the artwork after final approval is given additional fees may apply. We are not responsible for hindrance on production due to delayed approval of the digital mock- up. Please be sure to check your mock-up for artwork accuracy such as: color, dimensions, spelling, and product information.

Changes made after order is approved

Additional fees and extra production time may be applied if changes to the order are made once the artwork is approved or your garments are ordered. Please make sure to carefully proof the final artwork for spelling, dates, ink color, and artwork placement to avoid any mistakes.

If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, we cannot be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in an order approved by the customer.


All orders are final. If a cancellation is made it must be within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any partial payments covering any services already provided. Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order has already started production. 

Order inspection/Misprints

Every. Print. Counts. This is our motto and for good reason. Our quality control is some of the best in the industry and we take that guarantee very seriously. Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. Keep in mind we do always recommend ordering a few additional pieces as extras if needed.

Manufacturer defects

We are not responsible for manufacturer’s defects: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. We want to make sure your order is perfect so manufacturer defects or mis-shipments may delay production until all garments are received and are of good quality for your order. It is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size.

Pantone Color Matching

You may choose any of our  in-house basic ink colors at no additional charge. Custom Pantone-matched colors will be charged at $10 per color. Color and pantone-matching is a science and we cannot guarantee that it will be exact, but we strive to get colors as close as possible. Please allow for a reasonable amount of variation in color due due to variations in phone screen and monitor settings. Referencing a Pantone book is the best way to accurately communicate what color you need.

end-user subjectivity

Every. Print. Counts. It’s our mantra: we inhale “every print” and we exhale “counts.” We value consistency and quality in everything we do and so, therefore, we stand behind every one of our prints, large and small, simple and complex. We reproduce your graphic with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. The satisfaction of the end-user with the final printed product is subjective. A digital artwork mock-up is created for review and approval from the client. This process is mandatory and the artwork must be approved before we begin production. We operate under very specific and numerous quality controls, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure a quality finished product. We will not be held responsible for end-user subjectivity.
