Yes, but, please note, the garments must be brand new (i.e. never washed or worn). This is because we cannot guarantee print consistency on an unpredictable canvas, because there is oil from detergents or fabric softeners on the garment. On chosen garments, please remove excess tags, stickers and packaging. Re-bagging or re-applying stickers is a separate service that costs an extra fee. In the case that a misprint occurs, we will not be held responsible in replacing the misprinted item, since we did not source the item. You will not be charged for the misprint.
Please keep in mind that because we have wholesale accounts though our suppliers, we are always able to get blanks for you at a fraction of the cost of retail.
Because we don't print anything that we ourselves wouldn't want to wear, we only use the fancy schmancy inks. Though they may cost a bit more, we consider this to be at the thread of our being, which also happens to be our motto: Every. Print. Counts. We want a quality, lasting print that will be part of your new favorite shirt.

The average turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the time the deposit is made, the artwork is approved, and the order is finalized.
If you have a strict deadline for your order, please let us know in advance. If the order is needed to be completed in less than our standard turnaround time, we will always strive to accommodate a customer's individual needs. Depending on our schedule, rush orders may be subject to the following rush fees:
3-day turnaround : 40% of total order 2-day turnaround : 50% of total order 1-day turnaround : 75% of total order
Because we are geared for wholesale orders, and, therefore, wholesale quantities, our minimum order quantity per design start at 15 items. This means that these 15 items are receiving the same design imprint. Depending on the item, the complexity of the print, and the printing process for the particular items, we may have higher minimums.
Setup fees are intended to cover the cost of prepping artwork for screens, making transparencies, and burning screens for your order. Every color of every design usually requires its own screen setup and respective fees. We don't charge individual set-up fees. It is all included in the cost of the printing
Yes! As long as there is a minimum of 15 pieces with the same design, printing a variety of sizes and colors is an easy way to meet the minimum.
